This is the same as the "Reiki" session but also includes narration. I will explain to you what energies I perceive while I am providing the healing, as well as other messages that may come through. At the end, we will have time to sit and you can share your experience or interpretations.

I am a white light channeler meaning my connection to Source is strong and direct. When hands have been placed on my crown chakra, energy has flowed upward causing a fluttering of eyes. Through the laying of hands, I transmit this pure life force energy to you. Service for those seeking: life purpose, soul remembrance, or connection to the Divine.

I will guide you or a group in a custom meditation after reading into the energies. This will likely include breathwork and gentle chakra clearing. Longer meditations available upon request.

On the path of spirituality, sometimes we need for our experience to be heard and witnessed. A listening ear who understands the higher realms and can provide guidance, when appropriate.

Women's Wellness Circles are a time to be guided in meditation, tap into your intuition, and be in sisterhood. We co-create the space together with light direction and reiki provided by me. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel called, sometimes it is nice to just be led :-)
